These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of RS Beauty Pricing Business Education, including courses, videos, worksheets, downloadable resources, templates, educational materials, and community access provided by RS Cosmetology Consulting Co., LLC DBA RS Beauty Pricing (“RS Beauty Pricing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing RS Beauty Pricing Business Education, users agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Educational Purpose
RS Beauty Pricing Business Education provides educational information designed to help beauty professionals and students better understand pricing, business operations, customer management, financial awareness, and other business-related topics.
The information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice.
Users are responsible for determining how the information applies to their individual business circumstances and should seek advice from qualified professionals when necessary.
2. Access Eligibility
Access to RS Beauty Pricing Business Education depends on the user’s RS Beauty Pricing subscription, individual course purchase, or school-sponsored access.
Basic Plan Members
Basic Plan members receive access to the courses, resources, and community spaces specifically included with the Basic Plan.
Courses, templates, and resources designated as Professional content may require an additional purchase.
Professional Plan Members
Professional Plan members receive access to the educational content, templates, resources, and community spaces included with the Professional Plan.
Professional access is limited to individuals who meet RS Beauty Pricing’s Professional Plan eligibility requirements.
Students
Students participating through a contracted beauty school may receive access equivalent to the Professional education level for the period specified by the school’s agreement with RS Beauty Pricing.
Student community access may remain separate from Professional member community spaces.
3. Enrollment and Account Access
Users may be manually enrolled into the RS Beauty Pricing education platform after their subscription, purchase, or school eligibility has been confirmed.
Each user must maintain an individual account.
Accounts, login credentials, courses, downloads, templates, and community access may not be shared with another person.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
4. Subscription-Based Access
Access to educational content associated with an RS Beauty Pricing subscription is available only while the applicable subscription or school-sponsored access remains active.
If a subscription is canceled, expires, becomes past due, or otherwise ends, RS Beauty Pricing may remove the user's access to the applicable:
- Course bundle
- Educational materials
- Community
- Private community spaces
- Templates or resources included as subscription benefits
The user's education-platform account may remain active even after course or community access is removed.
If the user later becomes eligible again, RS Beauty Pricing may restore access through the existing account.
5. Individually Purchased Courses and Templates
Certain courses, templates, or digital resources may be available for individual purchase.
Purchasing an individual Professional-level course does not automatically provide access to:
- The Professional Plan
- All Professional courses
- Professional community spaces
- Professional-only templates or resources
- Other subscription benefits
The purchaser receives access only to the product specifically purchased unless otherwise stated.
6. Digital Products and Templates
Templates and downloadable materials are provided for the purchaser's individual business use.
Users may customize templates for use within their own business.
Users may not:
- Resell the original or modified template
- Share the template with another business owner
- Upload the template to another membership, course, website, or marketplace
- Repackage the material as their own product
- Distribute copies to clients, students, employees, or third parties unless the specific product expressly allows it
- Remove RS Beauty Pricing branding or copyright notices for the purpose of redistribution
Business and legal templates are provided for educational and business-planning purposes and are not substitutes for legal advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All RS Beauty Pricing educational materials, including but not limited to:
- Videos
- Course lessons
- Presentations
- Worksheets
- Guides
- Templates
- Downloadable files
- Graphics
- Written content
- Training materials
- Community educational posts
are owned by or licensed to RS Beauty Pricing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Access to the education platform provides a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for the user's own education and business.
No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
8. Recording and Redistribution
Users may not screen-record, reproduce, photograph for redistribution, download where downloading is not expressly provided, copy, republish, sell, or distribute RS Beauty Pricing educational content.
Sharing course access or materials with individuals who have not purchased or otherwise received authorized access is prohibited.
9. No Guarantee of Results
RS Beauty Pricing provides education, tools, and resources intended to support better-informed business decisions.
However, individual results vary.
RS Beauty Pricing does not guarantee:
- Increased income
- Increased customers
- Specific pricing outcomes
- Business profitability
- Business growth
- Licensing approval
- Financing
- Legal compliance
- Any specific financial or business result
Users remain responsible for their business decisions and implementation.
10. Pricing Information
Any pricing examples presented within RS Beauty Pricing educational content are examples for educational purposes.
Users are responsible for determining appropriate pricing based on their own expenses, market, customers, service offerings, business structure, goals, and applicable laws.
11. Community Participation
Access to the RS Beauty Pricing Community is a membership benefit for eligible users.
Community participation is subject to the separate RS Beauty Pricing Community Guidelines & Participation Policy.
RS Beauty Pricing may remove posts, restrict participation, suspend community privileges, or remove community access when a member violates community rules.
12. Removal of Access
RS Beauty Pricing reserves the right to suspend or terminate educational or community access for conduct including:
- Sharing login credentials
- Unauthorized distribution of materials
- Harassment or abusive conduct
- Fraudulent activity
- Misuse of templates or educational materials
- Intellectual property violations
- Repeated violations of community policies
- Attempts to gain access to products or spaces the user is not entitled to access
Removal for policy violations does not necessarily entitle the user to a refund.
13. Refunds and Cancellations
Subscription cancellations and refunds are subject to the refund and cancellation policies presented at the time of purchase through RS Beauty Pricing.
Digital courses, downloads, and templates are non-refundable once purchased.
14. Platform Availability
RS Beauty Pricing may use third-party platforms, including learning management, payment, website, and community providers.
Temporary outages, maintenance, platform updates, or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect availability.
RS Beauty Pricing may update, reorganize, add, or remove educational content as the education library evolves.
15. Updates to These Terms
RS Beauty Pricing may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Updated terms may be posted within the education platform or website. Continued use of the education platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
